今天登陆www.ebay.com欲更新一下销告的产品信息，点Revise your item后，网站自动将我带到ebay.com.hk网站要求我确认身份。之前一直可以更新和添加商品，现在突然要求我确认身份，不知怎么回事，不知别的商家有没有遇到过此情况。上面提供了原注册电话或新增电话确认，确认将会打电话给你，提供一些数字给你确认。我用的是中国移动的电话号码，几次确认不成功，提示我的电话不完整。我估计着是要固话才行。因为我没有固话，没办法尝试。无意中发现有一个在线联系，旁边注解可以在线联系确认。点击之后将我带到美国ebay，是英文的服务，输入ID，名字，地址和电话提交后，在线服务人员问我需要什么帮忙（Hello and thank you for contacting Account Security Live Help, my name is xxx C.. How may I help you? I would be more than glad to assist you with your concern. Please stay on the line as I check on your records.），我说要确认身份，首先问我有没注册过另外一个帐户（Do you by chance have a second eBay account registered under your name?），我说没有，接着确认我的电话号码是不是138XXXXX, 我说yes. 他问现在可以接听电话吗(I see. No worries. Thank you for waiting. Are you currently able to receive a call at the registered number we have on file)，我说可以，他说系统将会拨打我的电话号码，提供确认数字给我(Perfect. An automated call will be placed to that number in just a moment, it will provide you with a PIN number. When you receive that PIN number, please type that into the chat window.)。后来我补充了一句，我说我的电话是中国移动的电话号码。他回答我说系统没有注意到，这个电话无法拨打，需要通过其它渠道确认(I am sorry, Our automated machine cannot be able to call that number. Let me just check other information here.)。接着问我以前的email是什么(Can you please verify your old e-mail address?)，因为我以前更改过email地址，我告诉他之后，他接着再问有没有更旧的email地址(Thank you for that information.What about the email address older than this?)，我说没有了。接着他问我6月份销售过的产品的标题和描述(I see that you received feedback for an item back in June. Can you please provide a description of the item that you sold? It was under electronics category.)。3个月前的产品在系统已是无法查得到了，只能靠记忆告诉他。谢天谢地，通过了，他说确认有此信息。接着让我等待(I will now be helping you in adding your computer to the list of secured computers. I will be glad to help you. Please give me one moment here.You are most welcome.)，系统将确认和添加我电脑的信息(Thank you for patiently waiting. 至于为什么会用得好好的帐户会突然发生要求确认的情况。我估计着与我这个月换了新的电脑登陆系统有关。这个月我买了新的notebook, 到现在用了半个月左右吧。在与客户人员的交流中得知，ebay系统是会收集登陆者的电脑信息的，按他们的说法是防止帐号盗窃(eBay is now noting which computers members use to access their accounts in order to protect them from unauthorized access. When an unrecognized computer is used for selling, we are prompting members to complete the Identity Confirmation process.)。所以在这里提醒一下各位ebay卖家，尽量使用一台电脑登陆系统。以避免不必要的麻烦。
